What's not covered2

  • Limitations and exclusions can apply if you’re away from home for long periods of time, so make sure you tell us if you’re taking an extended trip
  • Theft, should you fail to notify the police and insurer
  • Values exceeding the sums insured
  • Claims for individual items above our standard limits, unless agreed with the insurer when you took out the policy

Policy enhancements

  • Home emergency - Up to £500 to pay for emergency repairs following certain incidents in your home
  • Home excess protection - We will reimburse you for the excess on your home insurance policy following a claim on your vehicle/home insurance
  • Key cover - Provides cover for the costs to repair or replace keys in the event of damage, theft or loss
  • Family legal - Up to £50,000 for professional fees if you need to take legal action following certain insured events
